10. Upon the confirmation of the aforesaid sale,
whether by the Clerk filing a Certificate of Title herein,
or by Order of the Court ruling upon objections to said
sale, the Defendant and any and all persons claiming by,
through or under the Defendant since the commencement of this
suit, are forever barred and foreclosed of and from any equity
of redemption and any right, title, interest or claim or
demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, in and to the above-
des.cribed property, and the purchaser at the aforesaid sale,
his successors, representatives or assigns, shall be let into
possession of the premises so con•~eyed.
11. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for
the enforcement of this Judgment. -
