THIS PERSONAL RWPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is made this 1~ ~
day of February, 1982 by JEANNE TURNER, as personal representa-
tive of the estate of MARIE DARR, a/k/a MARIE A. BARR, deceased,
hereinafter ca2led the grantor, to F. R. JORDAN ancl HAZEL J. a
JORDAN, his wife, whose postoffice address is 2714 Robin Street, S
Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter called the grantee: ~ \~'h'

r~ That the grantor, for and in consi~eration of the
sum of Ten Dollars (S10.00) and other valuable considezations,
receipt whereof is h~reb~ ~cknowledged, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
' unto the grantee all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
A condominium parcel designated as Apartment~No. III-108
of INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, Building No. III, '
a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof
dated January 27, 1972, recorded in O.R. Book 199, pages
623 through 699, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; together with all of the appurtenances
thereto, all accordinq to said declaration of condo-
minium. .
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is made pursuant I
to the power of sale contained in the last will and testament
of the deceased which is filed in and made part of St. Lucie
County Circuit Court Case No. 81-676-CP.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed
this deed the day and year first above written.
