hereby releases the original Obligdrs) from further obli~gations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred ta above.
4. Except as specificdlly designated herein, nathing here shall
constitute a chancte or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and ~
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successor~ and assiqns of the parties. ~
, 6. The Owner(sj shalt be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the O~,mer(s) wer~ Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgape and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
. is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payabl@ on the
_ sums secured by said m~rtgage is-also satisfactory, and the Association .
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged '
property to the Owner(s). ~
