herehy releases the original Obligors) from further obliqations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specificall~r designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a chancte or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgag~, the provisions of which are specifica.lly reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is bindin~ upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successars and assiqns of the parties.
- 6. Th~ Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and i~ t~ie same manner as if the OMmer(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgaQe an~ the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
• sums stcured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
