employee feel that the city did not have "just cause", -
it follows without saying that the dispute should be
submitted to arbitration, which is what happened in the
instant case. The court, after reviewing the arbitration
award, adopts and approves the arbitrator's award, it is
therefore;
ORDEREa ANC ADJUDGED that the Applicant's, City
of Fort Pierce, Application to Vacate Arbitration Award be,
and the same is hereby, denied; it is further,
ORDERED AND ADJU~GED that the Respondent Union's
Motion to Dismiss for lack of proper service is moot in
view of the court's ruling herein.
DONE AND ORDERED this 16th day of February,,1982, ~
