1. That the BOYCE's do hereby assign, grant, bargain, sell, transfer,
convey and set over, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign,
transfer and set over unto BUYERS all of their interest in that ~ertain indenture
of InstalZment Sale Centract bearing date the 19th day of Mgrch, 1980, and all
payments made thereunder to date made bq and between ORRIE J. KUEHLMOOS and
BEVERLY W. KOEHLMOOS, his wife, and MARTIN DONOVAN BOYCE and FRANCES BOYCE,
his wife, as recorded in 0. R. Book 328, beginning on Page 1293, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described piece or
~ parcel of land, situate and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florid, to-wit:
; Lot S, Block 190, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT 14, a Subdivision
j according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16,
~ Page 29, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ - 2. A copy of said Installment SaZe Contract as described above is

~ attached hereto and incorporated herein and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
~ 3. The BOYCE's do hereby represent and warrant to BUYERS that the attached-
~ Installm~nt Sale Contract is in good standing as of the date hereof, and that they
~ have com lied with all duties im osed u on th m
€ p p p e thereunder, and have received

~ no notice of default thereunder from any party whatsoever. Jurisdictfon and
`

~ venue for litigation hereunder is agreed to be St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~
the prevailing party shall be entitled to recorver reasonable attorneys° fees
and costs from the other party. The covenants contained herein and in paragraph
S 4 hereof shall survive the execution and delivery of this instrument.
