for all of the terms and conditions of that Installment Sale Contract described
above. BUYERS do further hold harmless and indemnify and further release
BOYCE from any and all liability and responsibility under that certain Installment
Sale Contract described above.
5. This Assignment shall inure ta and benefit all successors, heirs
and assigns of the parties hereto. and shall be recorded in the Port St. Lucie
County Florida Public Records. _
