ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Defendant/Counter-
claimant's I~otion to Tax Cost and for an Attorneys' Fee Award; and
the Court finds as to attorney's fees that the plaintiff, WBC CORPOR-
! ATION, prevailed as to part of the claim, although no affirmative
judgment was entered in its fador at the conclusion of the trial
based upon the defendant's admitted liability as to $628.00 of the
claim prior to tria?, and therefor finds that a reasonable attorney's
fee in the amount of $500.00 is due George W. Wilder,.Esq., attorney
' for plaintiff. The court, after hearing the testimony of an expert
s.
witness on behalf of the Defendant/Counterclaimant, FORT PIERCE FQODS,
INC., finds that the Defendant/Counterclaimant, FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC.,
prevailed in the cause as well, and its counsel, Sneed & Messer, P.A.,
is due a reasonable attorney's fee in the amount of $3,300.00, but that
only a net judgment shall be entered as to attorney's fees, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Defendant/Counterclaimant, FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC., shall ~

have and receive its costs in the sum of $523.90 from the Plaintiff,
WBC CORPORATION, for which let execution issue.
2. The law firm of Sneed & Messer, P.A., attorneys for the
Defendant/Counterclaimant, FORT PIERCE FOODS, INC., is awarded
