THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon ~he fol2owinq stiQulated

order made in the presence of the Court by counsel for the respective ~
parties, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The defendants, TIFTON RICE, SR. and THELMA RICE, his wife,
shall pay to the plaintiffs, BERNIE THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES,
his wife, the sum of Eighteen Hundred Dollars ($1800.00) payable
One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) upon the entry of the Order, and
Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00) within thirty (30) days after the
date of the Order.
2. The defendants, TIFTON RICE, SR. and THELMA RICE, his wife,
! sha12 pay to the plaintiff's attorneys, Sneed ~ Messer, P.A., the

; sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1500.00} reasonable attorney's fee

~ upon the entry of the Order. '
~ 3. The defendants, TIFTON RICE, SR. and TIiELMA RICE, his wife,
shall pay to the plaintiffs, BERNIE THAMES and ALEXANDRIA THAMES,
his wife, the entire remaining principal balance and accumulated :

interest due and owing on the mortgage and promissory n.ote secured `
~ thereby as per the affidavit of indebtedness filed herein on or before
~ forty-five (45) days after the date of this Order.
~ 4. Evidence of the defendant's failure to make the payments
called for under this Order may be shown by appropriate affidavit
