FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE havinq come on to be heard before me for fina2
hearinq, and the Court having examined the record and findinq
that the cause is at issue, and the Court further havinq taken
the teatiminy of the Petitioner ana of a witness in her behalf,
and it appearing that the Petitioner has been a resident of the
State of Florida for more than six months next to filing the
Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the Court further findinq
that the marriage of the parties has been irretrievably broken ana
the Court beinq otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That the parties are hereby granted a full and complete

dissolution of marriage, a vinculo matrimonii, of and from one
another and that the bonds of matrimony existinq between the Peti-
tioner, ~IE RUTH ROBERTS , and the Respondent,

~ JESSZE ROBERTS , be and the same are hereby dissolved, and

that the parties and each of them is hereby freed from the obliga-
tion thereof. -
~ 2. That the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
~ entered into by and between the parties hereto is incorporated into

~ and made a part of this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage

' for all purposes.

3. That the Wife shall have the primary
care, custody and control of the minor children of the parties,
~ to wit: ~YANN ROBERTS 8nd ANTHONY TYFtONE ROBERTS.
