ARTIC~E I - DEBTS
I direct that all oebts which-I am legally obligated to
pay at the time of my death, ~y last illness, funeral and burial
expenses ~rall be pRic~ ~s soor as practicable after my death.
Such debts and expenses, ho~:ever~ are not to be a charge against
any portion of my property constitutionally or otherwise exemgt
f rom debt by the laws of the State of Florida. ~
ARTICLE II - DEVIS~ OF TBNGISLE PERSONAL PROP~RTY
A. Devise to Chi3dren. I devise any and all tangible
personal progei~ty v~hich ~ may cwn at the tirae of my ~eath in ~
~ approximately equal shares to my children who survive_me, or, if
~ nane of my children survive me, to their issue, per stirpes. My
~ children or their issue, wh:cnever the case may be, shall divide
~
~ such property among themsel~es amicably if able to do so. If they

cannot agree upon a distrib;:tion of the property within six (6)
~
~ months after the appointmen~ of my Personal Representative, then :

the proceeds of sale to be ~dded to the residue of my estate: The ,
