2. In the event that either of my daughter6 are
unwilling or unable te serve as co-Trustee, then the other
daughter shall serve as sole Trustee.

3. In the event that neither of my daughters are
willing or able to serve in such_capacity, then my son-in-law,
JAMES E. COPELAND, JR., shall serve as sole Trustee.
B. Waiver o~ Bond. I direct that any individual
~ersonal Representative named in this Article shall not be required
to furnish any bond or other security in any jurisdiction for the
faithful performance of his oz her duties as such, the same being
specifically waived hereby.

I hereby give full power an8 authority to my Personal
Repr~sentative and Trustee, in addition to the powers conferred by
law in their discretion, witbout any leave or order of court, or

A. To sell all or any part either of the real or per-
~ sonal property, or both, at any time belonging ta my ~state or any
trust., at puhlic or private sale, for cash or on terms.

wise encumber all or any part of the real or personal property, or

~ both, belonging to my estate or any trust.

~ C. To carry on and manage, in all respects, any busi-
ness enterprise in whicb I may be engaged at the time of my death,

with full power and authority to operate oz join in the operation ~

~ of such business enterprise as a going concern, to form or reform
~ a general or limited partnership, to incorporate or reincorporate,

~ and to liquidate or sell ~ny business enterprise or any part
