E. Whenever required or permitted to divide and distri-
bute my estate or any trust createc3 hereunder, to make such divi-
sion or distributinn in cash or in kind or partly in cash or in
kind, a~d the valuatians of ~ssets by my Personal Representative
or Trustee upon making distribution shall, if made in good faith,
be final and binding on all beneficiaries. Further, my P~rsonal
Representative and/or Trustee is authorized to distribute assets
or shares to be transferred or set aside to or for any beneficiary
to be composed of property like or different from that traneferred
or set aside to or for any other beneficia~y and irrespective of
tax cost to or among the beneficiaries, as said Personal Represen-
tative or Trustee shall decide in said Personal Represenkative's
or Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, and without liability.

of Florida, or any other state, so long as my Trustee exercises
~ reasonable prudence and diligence in selecting trust investments.
~ Further, the Trustee need not comply with the provisions of
~ Section 738.12 of the Florida Statutes relating to unproductive

€ H. No Personal Representativ~ or Trustee who is the

~ insured of any insurance policy held by my estate or any trust
~ created hereunder shall have the gower to exercise any rights or
~ have any incidents of ownership with respect to such policy,
~ including, but not limited to, the pawer to change the benefi- ~
