I, JOHANNA MARGARET WEICHSR'~, of Fort Pierce, St.
Lucie County, Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare
this to De my Last will and Testament, and hereby revoke any
and all other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSB Is I direet my personal representative to pay
out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, including
the exgenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAU&E II: I give and devise the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000) to ST. JOHN'S LUTHERAN CHURCB, North Spring
Street, Elgin, Illinois 60120 and Five Thousand Dollars

~ ($5,000) to TRINITY LUTeERAN CHURCH, 2011 South 13th Street,
~ Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise my tangible personal
~ property to those persons designater3 in a separate wrs~ting in
~ existence at the time of my death which is signed by me and ~
~ which describes the iten~s and devisees with reasonable cer-

4 tainty. To the extent that said separate writing~does not
~ dispose of all of my tangible personal property, then the

~ balance thereof, I give and devise equally to my children, i

~ JOANN WEICBERT and JAMES PAUL WEICHERT, share and share alike. ~

~ CLAUSE IV: I give and devise all of the re~t, residue
~ and remainder of my property, real and personal, outright

equally to my daughter, JOANN WEICBERT, and my son, JAMES PAUL
, WEICAERT, per stirpes.
' In the event both of my children predecease me withaut
leaving issue surviving them, then the balance of my residuary
estate I give and devise equally to my sisters, EVELYN BURNELL
St. Charles, Illinois and BERTHA WALZ, Geneva, Illinois, per
stirpes.
