CLAUSS V: Any share of my estate or of any trust
created hereunder which shall become payable or distribut-
able to a beneficiary who is under twenty-one (21) years
of age shall vest in such beneficiary but my trustee shall
have full power until such beneficiary attains twenty-one
(21) yeara of age, to retain and adminiBter such share or
any part thereof, and to accumulate the income thereform
and to pay or apply so much of the accumulated income and
~ principal as the trustee may deem advisable for the care,
maintenance, edncation, including higher education, and
support of such beneficiary. When such beneficiary
attains twenty-one (21) years of age, the remaining
principal and income sha11 be paid outright ~o such -
beneficiary, and in the event of such beneficiary's death
before attaining twenty-one (21) years of age, then to
such beneficiary's estate.
CLAUSE VI: In order to carry ont the purposes of
the trusts created under this Will, the trustee shall have
a~l of the rights, powers, duties and responsibilities,
including the power of sale, granted to trustees under
Chapt~rs 737.402 and 738, Florida Statufes.
CLAUSE VII: If I am a resident of Florida at the
time of my death, then I name and appoint S[Il~i BANR OF - ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate
successor, as personal representative of this Will and as
trustee of any trust created hereunder.

If I am a resident of Illinois at the time of my
death, then I name and appoint my son, JI~MES PAUL WEICBERT, as -
