Subr~equent thereto Petitioner became awa~re of the existence of 80
ShareB of Continental Copper and Steel 58 cumul8tive preferred
-stock in the name of the deceder?t and having a value of S25.00
each for a total value of $2,000.00.
6. To the best knowledge of the petitioners, the
amended value of the entire estate subject to administration in
this state, less the value of property exempt frQm the claims of
creditors, does not exceed $25,000.
~ 7. The decedent has not been dead for more than three
years and proofs of advertisement are made a part of this record.
8. The estate is not indebted except for:

provisions for the payment of which has been made. -
9. in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of
decedent, it is proposed that the newly found assets of the
decedent be distributed as follows:

codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 11.
1i. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
; March 9, 1973, is in the possession of the above court.
f 12. Decedent's will does not direct administration as
required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests tbat an Amended Order of Summary
~ Administration be entered directing distribution of the newly
discovered assets in the estate in accArdance with the schedule
set forth in paragraph 9 of this Amended Petition.
