The undersigned, as ancillary personal representative of the above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, E~RETT RUSSELL BICREL, a resident of Marion County, Indiana,
died on February 14, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on May 1, 1981.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accountinq co~taining a cvmplete report
of all recei.pts and disbursements since the co~mencement of administration of this
estate, or since the da~e of the last acvounting filed herein, if any, or waivers
signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waivinq the filing of a
final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully ac~ainistered this estate by making payment, settlelnent,
or other disposition of all claims and debts that w~ere presented, a?nd by payinq or
making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representative,

attorney, accountant, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative
' was $500.00.

~ 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns wi.th the Internal Revenue
~ Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained
~ and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations
for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

~ 6. Petitioner has made distribution of the proceeds of sale of the sole as~et ~
~ ~
~ in the State of Florida: Lot 31, Blaclc 1848 of Port St. Lucie, Section 7, accordinq ~
~ to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 37A of the public reoords of St. ' ~

e Lucie County, Florida, to the persanal representative of the damiciliary estate, ~
