2. That my said spouse and I, as an estate by the
entirety, hsretofore acquired title to the following Palm
Beach County, Florida, property, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 1242, Section 20, PORT
SAINT LUCIE, a Subdivision, as recorded
- in the Public Records of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, and Charlotte County property attached. ~
3. That my said spouse and I were lawfully married ~
to each other prior ta the acquisition of title as aforesaid,
that we remained married to each other, Without an intervening~
divorce, up to the time of the demise of my said spouse. i
4. That my said spouse became deceased on the 29th
day of November, 1981, at Charlotte Harbor, County of Charlotte,
