upon the Motion for Entry of Final Judgment with Prejudice
presented on behalf of the Defendants, GULF OIL REAL ESTATE
COMPANY, formerly known as GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, as the sole surviving general partner of Hutchinson
Island Limited Partnership, and TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY, '
and this Court having considered the merits of said Motion,
; as well as having otherwise been fully advised in the premises,
