THIS MATTER, ilaving come on regularly for hearing and
the parties having stipulated and agreed to the entry of this
Order, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(a) Defendant shall produce all financial records pertaining
to Booker Gardens Apartments, Ft. Pierce, in the Defendant's
possession at the offices of James T. 47alker, Esq., 519 S. Indian
River Drive, Ft. Pierce, on or before April 2, 1982;
(b) Plaintiff's attorney may inspect and copy these
records and may remove them from }Sr. Walker's office upon signing

(c) Al1 financial records are to be returned to tir.
