SUBJECT TO restrictions, easements, limitations of record and taxes for 1982
and subsequent years.
ALSO SUBJECT TO that certain oil, gas and minera~ lease dated August 26 1953, and
recorded in Deed Book 186, at Page 49, of the Public Records of St. Luc~e County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertai sing to that real property.
