I, ETIiEL N. RLEIN, of Braward County, Florida, hereby make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Godicils at any time heretofore made
by me. ~
ARTICLE I .
~
I direct my personal representative to pay my legal debts,
funeral expenses and charges and testamentary expenses as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
ARTICLE II
I give and bequeath all my tangible personal progerty and -
any insurance thereon to husband, EDWARD J. RLEIN, if he survives
me by thirty (30) days. If he does n~t so survive me, the property
described in this Article shall be either distributed equally to
my living children or sold, as my personal representative shall
determine. If this property is sold, the sale proceeds shall be

' distributed as part of the residue of my estate.
~ ARTICLE III

` I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, whether real or personal and wheresoever
~ situated, including any interest that I may have in any estate, to

that certain Trust known as the ETHE~ N. RLEIN REVOCABLE LIVING

~ TRUST AGREEMENT, wherein ETHEL N. RLEIN was the Grantor and E. J. ~

r KLEIN and ETHEL N. KLEZN were Trustees, said Trust Agreement being

F executed March 14, 1968, and amended by the First Amendment dated ~ ,

~ February 27, 1969, and the Second Amendment dated March 31, 1971, ~ ;

and further amer,ded by the Third Amendm~ent dated the Sth day T
