Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for. • j

a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament dated April 8, 1975. ~
FIRST: I do hereby delete Article V of my aforesaid ~
Last Will and Testament iri its entirety and do hereby substitute + ~
the following in its place and stead: -
"ARTICLE V .

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my spouse, EDWARD
J. KL~'IN, as Personal Representative of this my Last ~~ill and
Testam~nt. In rhe event that my said spouse is unwilling or unable
to serve, then I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son
EDWARD ~I. KLEIN and my daughter ELIZABETH VA.N NESS a$ Co-Personal
Representatives of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct that
no fiduciary na:ned her~in shall be reqLired to post bond to secure i
his or her faithful performance." !
Zn alZ Qther respects, I do hereby republish, ratify and
confirm my aforesaid Last Will and Testament dated April 8, 1975.
