SUHORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that KATIE BROWN A,LSTON,
the plaintiff in that certain action known as Case No. 81-765-CC-21
in the County Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, styled "Katie
Brov~m Alston, Plaintiff vs. William Gardner, Defendant" wherein
~.;udgment was entered against the defendant in the amount of
$1,250.00 on July 20, Zg81, said Judgment being recorded in
0. R. $ook 364, Paqe 1837, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, encwnberinc~ real property situate in St. Lucie Coun~y,
Florida, as follows:
Lot 2, B1oCk 1, TUSKEEGEE PARK SUBDIVISION, as
per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
?4, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
At the request of said defendant and in consideration of
the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration inuring
to the undersigned from SOUTHERN MORTGAGE COMPANY
does hereby subordinate the line to the lien and operation of that
certain martgage and the indebtedness secured thereby executed by
William Gardner to SOUTHERN MORTGAGE COMPANY under
~ date of FebYVary 26, 1982 , recorded in O. R. Book ,

securing the sum of 518,500.00 ~ and encuinbering the above-described
~ real property, in the same manner and effect as if said mortgage had
! been dated and filed for public record prior to and in advance of

the judgment held by the undersigned which is hereby subordinated.
