County aforesaid to take acknowledgements, personally appeared
ARTHUR T. BEISWENGER to me w~ll known, and who being
duly sworn, deposes and says:
THAT ARTHUR T. BEISWENGER ana DOROTHY M.
BEISWENGER , his wife, were the Grantees in that
certain Warranty Deed dated November 11, 1970 , f~~~d November 24, 197Q
and recorded in Official Record Book 188, Page 1444 ,
of the P~lic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on the following
described property to wit:
Lot 32, Block 1195, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION EI(~iT,
according to the Nlat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 12, Pages 38, 38A through 38I, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THAT ARTHUR T. BEISWENGER and OROTHY M_
BEISWENGER were husband and wife at the time
of the aforesaid conveyance and that they remained husband and wife
continuously to the date of the death of the aforesaid DOROTKY M.
