21. GENDER. Whenever the context eo requires, the uae of
any gender

of the singular shall include the plural, and plural shall
include the singular. The provisions of the Declaration ahall _
be liberally con8trued to effectuate its purpose of creating a
uniform plan for the operation of a Condomi~ium.
22. CAPTIONS. The captione used in this Declaration of
Condominium
ana~.xhibits annexed hereto are inserted solely as
a matter of convenience and 8ha11 not be relied upon and/or
used in construing the effect or meaning of any of the text of
this Declaration or Exhibits hereto annexed. -
23. THE ASSOCIATION. Condominium Association_, by ite
execution o t s c aration of Condominium, approves the ~
foregoing and all of the covenants, terms and conditions, -
duties and obligations of this Declaration of Condom inium and
Exhibits attached thereto. The condominium unit ovners, by
virtue of their acceptance of the Deed of Conveyance as to
their condominium unit, hereby approve the foregoing and all of -
the terms and conditions, duties and obligation8 of this
Declaration of Condominium and Bchibits attached thereto. .
24. PARTITION. No condominium unit owner shall bring, or
have any r g t to ring, any action for partition or division
of the condominium property. ~
