ARTICLES OF INCORFORATION
OF
WOLF FORK GAP GROVES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. -
The undersigned hereby adopts the following Articles of
Incorporation for the purpo8e of formi~g e corporation under
the laws of the State of Florida:
ARTICLE I - Name
The name of the corporation is WOLF FORK GAP GROVES
- CONDOMINIiR~! ASSOCIATION, INC.
ARTICLE II - Duration
~ The corporation is to commence its corporate existence on -
the date of subscription and acknowledgment of these Articles
of Incorporation and shall exist perpetually thereafter until
dissolved sooner according to law.
ARTICLE III - Purpose

1. To provide an entity pursuant to~Florida Statutes,

ARTICLE IV - Stated Capital
The corporation is authorized to issue 100 shares of $1.00
par value common stock. ;
