regulations for the use of the property in the
condominium;
(i) to contract with professio~al citrus caretaking
end harveating firms for the management of the business
affairs of the condominium and to delegete to such
contrector all powers and duties of the corporation except
such as are specifically required by the Declaretion of
Condominium to have approval of the Board of Directors or
the shareholders of the corporation;
to contract for the management or operation of
portions of the commori elements sueceptible to separate
management or operation;
(k) to employ personnel~to perform the sevices
required for proper operation of the condominiwn; .
(1) to delegate or contract for the performance of
its powers end duties where delegation is not specifically
prohibited.
3. All funds and the titles of all properties acquired
by the corporation and their proceeds shall be held in trust
for the shareholders in accordance with the provisions.of the -
Declaration of Condominium, these Articles of Incorporation,

~ 4. The powers of the corporation shall be subject to and
shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the
Declaration of Condominium and the By-Laws.
ARTICLE XIII - Shareholders
1. The shareholders of the corporation shall consist of
all of the record unit owners in the condominium, and after
~ termination of the condominiw~n shall consi$t of those who are
shareholders at the time of such termination and their
successors and assigns. _
