2. Change of ownership of any sharee ahell be
established by the recording in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Floride, of a deed or other instrument establishing e

record title ~o a unit in the condominium and the delivery to
the corporation of a certified copy of such instrument, the i

owner designated by such instrument thereby becoming a ;
~
shareholder of the corporation. The interest of the former ~ ~
~ shareholder shell be thereby termineted.
3. The share of a shereholder in the funds and assets of
the.corporation cannot be asAigned, hypothecated or transferred
in any manner except as an appurte~ance to his unit.
4. In all e~ections of the corporation, each unit shall
have a designated number of votes proportionate to the
~
percentage ownership in the common elements attributable and
appurtenant to such~unit. Where a unit is owned by more than ~ `
~
one (1) owner, the owners of such unit may designate one of ~
such owners as the voting member. ~

ARTICLE XIV - Officers -

The affairs of the corporation shall be administered by
~ the officere designated in the By-Laws. The officers shall be

` elected by the Board of Directors at its first meeting ;

~ following the annual meeting of the shareholders of the
corporation and shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of
~ -
Directors. The names and addresses of the officers who shall
serve until their successors are designated by the Board of
Directors are as follows:
