BY-LAWS

WOLF FORK GAP GROVES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.
a corporation for profit
under the l~~as of the State of Florida
ARTICLE I
Identity
These are the By-Laws of WOLF FORK GAP GROVES CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., herein called the Association, a corporation
for profit, organized pureuant to Chapter 607, Florida
Statutes. The Association ha8 been organized for the purpose
of managing operating and admin~istering a condominium pursuant
to Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, herein called the Condominium
Act, which condominium is identified by the name of WOLF FORK
. GAP GROVES, a condominiuan (who8e busines8 office is 1401
Brickell Avenue, Ninth Floor, Miami, Florida 33131) upon land
located in St. Lucie County, Florida, which is more fully
deacribed in the Declaration of Condominium.
1.1 The office of the Association shall be designated by
the Board of Directors.
1.2 The fiscal year of the Association shall be the
ealendar year.
1.3 The seal of the corporation shall bear the name of ~
the corporation, the word "Florida", the word "Corporation" and
year of incorporation.

~ - Members' Meetings ~
2.1 The annual members' meeting shall be held at the
r office of the Association on the first Monda in
~ A~_ril of each year for t e purpose o e ect ng
a rectors an of transacting any other businesa authorized to #
be transacted by~the members; provided, however, if that day is
a legal holiday,- the meeting shall be held at the same hour on ~
the next business day. The annual meeting may be waived by a ;
unanimous agreement of the members in writing Which provides t
for the naming of Directors not otherwise designated.~ _
2.2 Special members' meetings shall be held whenever 4,
called by the President or Vice President or by a ma,jority of
the Board of Directors, and must be called by such officers
upon receipt of a written request from members entitled to cast
one-third of the votes of the entire membership.
2.3 Notice of all members' meetings stating the time and
place and the obj ects for which the meeting is called shall be ~
given by the President or Vice President or Secretary unless
waived~in writing. Such notice shall be in Writing to each
member at his address as it appeara on the books of the
Association and shall be mailed not less than ten (10) days nor ~
more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of the meeting.
