The premiums on such bond8 shall be paid by the Association.- ARTICLE VII Parliamentary Rules 7.1 Robert's Rules of Order (latest edition) shall govern the conduct of Association meetinge when not in con~lict with the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation or these By-Laws. ' ARTICLE VIII Amendments 8.1 These By-Laws may be amended in the following manner: (a) Notice of the sub3ect matter of a proposed amendment shall be included in the notice of any meeting at which a proposed amendment is considered. (b) A resolution adopting a proposed amendment may be proposed by either the Board of Directore of the Association or by the members of the Association. Directors and members not present in person or by proxy at the meeting conaidering the amendment may express their approval in writing, providing such approval is delivered to the Secretary at or prior to the meeting. Except as elsewhere provided, such approval must be either by: (1) not less than 75~ of the entire membership of the Board of Directors and by not less than 75~ of the votes of the entire member8hip of the I Association; or i (2) by not less than 80~ of the votes of the ~ entire membership of~the Association; or ~ _ (3) until the first election of directore, by all of the directors. $.2 No amendment shall discriminate against any unit owner nor against any unit or class or group of units unless the unit owners so affected shall consent. No amendment shall be made that is in conflict with the Articles of Incorporation or the Declaration of Condominium. $.3 A copy of each amendment shall be attached to a certificate certifying that~the amendment was duly adopted as an amendment af the Declaration and By-La~s, which certificate shall be executed by the officers of the Association with the formalities of a deed. The amendment shali be effective when such certificate ar.d copy of the amendment are recorded in the public records of Orang~e County, Florida. .
