of Withdrawal of Counsel and Consent of the Wife, it apperaring

and the Court being advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion and Notice of
Withdrawal of Counsel be and the same is hereby granted and ROGER
G. ORR is hereby discharged from further representation of the
Wife in this cause.
