FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGL This cause came on for trial on the 20th day of December, 1982 and the Court having heard the testimony of the Wife and being otherwise fully advised in the premises finds and de- termines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband now exists b~atween the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved; ~ ; that the Husband has been convicted of a life felony and has ~ been sentenced to life imprisonment with the requirement ~ ; that he serve at least twenty-five (25) years; and that it `r ' ~ would be detrimental to the interests of the parties' minor € child to grant joint parental responsiblity for said minor Fp € ~ child to the parties. It is thereupon, ORUERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ~ ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES ~ ~ ROBERT JACKSON and MAXINE ELIZABETH JACKSON be and the same ; ~ is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are ~ E hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~ existing between them and from the obligations arising there- f `s ; from. f ~ ~ 2.
