FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial December 21, 1982 and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is thereupon
; ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between WILLIE E. MILLER and VIVIAN W.
` MILLER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
~ ~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-

; mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~
~
~ arising therefrom.

j 2. The primary residential custody of the minor children,

€ SHAUNTE P. MILLER, d/o/b August 9, 1967, and VERYL E. MILLER,
~ d/o/b August 1, 1967, is awarded to the Wife, VIVIAN W. MILLER,
~ granting unto the Husband, WILLIE E. MILLER, reasonable rights of
~
3 visitation.

Each of the parties shall share the marital responsi-
, bility as to the rainor children's social, medical, religious _
• ~
f
participation, education, general welfare and all other items with
~
reference to the responsibility of varents. In the event the parties
~ cannot agree the primary responsibility shall vest with the Wife.
