THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the 20th ~

to all tne evidence, finds and determines: ~This Court has jurisdic-
tioii of the parties and the subject matter of chis suit; that the
relation of Husband and Wife now exist between the parties; and that _
the ~narriage between the parties is irretrievably broxen and should (

be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~

the same in all respects as if said marriage had noL intervened. '
