THIS CAUSE came on to be.heard for Final Hearing and the
Court having heard testimony of the Petitioner and his witnesses and
being otherwise advised in the premises, makes the following findinas

of fact:
A. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter. •
B. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken.
Wherefore it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
j 1. The marriage of the parties is dissolved and each spouse
; is restored to the status of being single and unmarried.

~ 2, The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to enforce

; this Final Judgment as may from time to time become necessary.
