THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the `LOth day of Deceunber, #
198t, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the ~

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has.jurisdiction of *he j
parties and the suuject matter of this suit; that the relation of
` i~usnand and Wife now exists betweea the parties; and that the mar= ~
f
riage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dis-
solved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLtJTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BRENDA
TiiOMAS, Wife, and DAVID L. THOMAS, Husba.zd, ne and the saune is hereby
dissolved, and the parCi~s aLid each of them are hereby forever freed
~ trom the bonds o~ matrimony heretofore existing between the~n aud from -

the ouligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. SHARED PARENTAL RESPONSIiiILITY. This Court hereby

~ Orders that both parents shall share the parental responsibility

~ of the minor children, namely: DAVID THOMAS, JR., born July 2,
~ 1970 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvannia; ANTOINE THOMAS, born April 12,
~
° 1973 in Vero Beach, Florida; ana JOAQUIN THOMAS, born November L9,
~
~ 1979 in Ft. Pierce, Florida, but that the pri~ary physical residence

~ of the children shall be with the Wife. Both parents shall retain
~ full parental rights and responsibilities with respect to their ~
children and shall confer with the ~ther so that major decisions ~
affecting the welfare of the children will be determined jointly. '

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 24th day of December, 1982, ~

' tr~e Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Twenty Dollars ($20.00)
