The Husband is hereby ordered to comply with paragraph 7 of the Stipulation entered into between the parties by providing to the Wife, within 15 days of the date of this Order, a current insurance identification card. The Husband is hereby ordered to provide to the Wife, within 15 days of the date of this Order, copies o£ all Life Insurance Poli- cies that he owned on the date of the signing of the Stipulation ' entered into between the parties and to further provide the Wife with ~ ~ ~ evidence of the payment of the premiums on said Life Insurance Poli- E cies as each premium payment becomes due. ~ The Nusband is hereby ordered to comply with the provi- ~ sions in paragraph 9 of the Stipulation by transferring to the Wife, ~ s ~ by Quit-Claim Deed, all of his right, title and interest in the mari- tal home located at 3303 Avenue M, Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, ~ Florida, more particularly described as follows: ~ ~ Lot 3 and 4 of the West ~ of Lot 2, Block 38, SUNLAND GARDENS, Plat 3, asOper plat thereof ° on file i.z Plat Book 9, Page 67 of the St. = Lucie County, Florida. ~ ~ In the event that the Husband fails to trausfer his interest in the ~ ~ ~ marital home to the Wife within 15 days of the date of this judgment, ~ this judgment shall act as an active conveyance of the Husband's inter- ~ est in the marital home to the Wife. ~ ~ k ~ P i ; 800 J7V PdGE tI~ i f
