PATRICIA M. DeVERCELLY, Wife.
FZNAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on to be heard for final hearing on this
21st day of December, 1982 upon the verified Petition for Dissolution
of Marriage fo the Wife, PATRICIA M. DeVERCELLY, and the court having
heard the testimony of the Wife and her witness and being otherwise
advised in the premises, makes the following findings of fact:
1. The court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter.
2. The marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken. ,
3. The parties have entered into a Separation and Property
Settlement Agreement, together with an Addendum and Second Addendum
to the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement, providing for
tr.e disposition of the property, obligations, child c~astody, child
` su~port and debts of the parties. It is, therefore

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

~ 1. The marriage of the parties is dissolved and each spouse
E ~
is restored to the status of being single and unmarried.
~ 2. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement, together

~ with the Addendum and Second Addendum to the Separation and Property
~
~ Settlement Agreement, entered into between the parties are hereby
~
; incorpcrated into the Final Judgment and are hereby ratified and
~
~
~
~ confirmed, and the parties are ordered to abide by the terms thereof.

s The Husband will pay all iiens on or related to the Business and the ~

Car set out in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement and
hold the Wife harmless therefrom. F
