Commencing on the lst day of January, 1983, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $600.00 per month for the support of the before named children; said sum to continue until such time as the children reach majority, marry or become self-supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Court and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA M. DeVERCELLY. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.L 4. The primary physical residence of the minor children shall be with the Wife. ~ 5. The Husband and the ~Vife shall share the parental responsibility for the children insofar as making decisidns relative to their health, education, religious upbringing, and any other matters related to the children. 6. The Husband shall have reasonable and Ziberal visitation rights with the children. 7.
