' LUCIE COUNTY. ~ ~ CASE N0. 82-123g-FR-O1 ~ f IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF ~ KATHY DAMEtON , Wi f e, and ROBERT DAMItON, Husband. ~ / FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 21st day of December, 1982, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the _ marriage between the parties is irretrievably broicen and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KATHY DAMRON, Wife, and ROBERT DAMRON, Husband, be and the same is hereby I dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed f t from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and ' from the obligations arising therefrom. E ~ i € 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTINA DAMRON, born October 17, ~ ~ 1974 and NICOLE DAMRON, born March 2y 1979 shall be awarded jointly ~ to the parties, with.the primary physical residence being with the Y ~ Wife. Both parents snall retain full parental rights and responsi- ~ ~ bilitiesOwith respect to their children and shall confer with the ~ other so that major decisions affecting the welfare of the children ~ ~ ` will be determined jointly. ( ~ . ; 3. SUPPCRT.
