FINAL JUDGMENT
FOR
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 21st day of December,
1982, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the
evidence~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the _
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broicen and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between KATHY
DAMRON, Wife, and ROBERT DAMRON, Husband, be and the same is hereby
I dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

t from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
' from the obligations arising therefrom.

€ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CHRISTINA DAMRON, born October 17,

~ 1974 and NICOLE DAMRON, born March 2y 1979 shall be awarded jointly
~ to the parties, with.the primary physical residence being with the

~ Wife. Both parents snall retain full parental rights and responsi-
~
~ bilitiesOwith respect to their children and shall confer with the
~ other so that major decisions affecting the welfare of the children
~
~
` will be determined jointly.

; 3. SUPPCRT. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum ~

` oi Two iiundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month (by paying One ;
~ Hundred Twe~ity-five Dollars [$125.00] on the 5th and 20th of each ~

~ month) for the support and maintenance of the minor children above-
