Each payment shall~be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to KATHY DAI~IItON. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of Two Dollars ($2.00) as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both parties
are ordered to keep the Clert~ of this Court advised of their mailing ~
and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effecC.
4. PROPERTY. The Separation Agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and t~e parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. STIPULATED ADDENDUM TO SEPARATION AGREEMENT. Based
on the stipulation of the parties and their-Attorneys entered into
at the hearing on this cause, the Separation Agreement entered into
by the parties and admitted into evidence is hereby amended to pro-
vide as follows: .
a, That at such time as the Wife is :~o longer provided
with medical itisu~ance at her place of employment the parties are
hereby ordered to each be rzsponsible tor oize-half of any rea-
sonable aizd necessary medical, dental, pharmaceutical, orthodontic
and ophthalmic expenses incurred on behalf of the minor children;

' however, if at any subsequent time, medical insurance ~enefits become

~ available to either party, that party is hereby ordered to obtain
! the medical insurance coverage for the benefit of the minor child-
~
~ ren and the parties shall divide equally any expenses not covered
~ by said insurance.
q b. The Husband~ ROBERT DAM1tON, is hereby authorized to
~ clai~ the minor child, NICOLE DAHIItON, as his dependent for income ~
~ tax purposes and the Wife, KATdY DANIItON, is hereby authorized to

~ claim the minor child, CHRISTINA DAM1tON, as her dependent for income
F tax purposes.

c. That upon the sale of the marital home as set out in #
paragraph 2 of the Separation Agreement entered into oetween the i
