WING, Husband and FRANCINE T. WING, Wife / FINAL JUDGMENT DISS LUTI N OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the 22nd day of December, 1982, and the Court having given full consideration to all evidence, finds and determines: That this Court has juris- diction over the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband and wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissol~ed. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws: 1. DISSCLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NATHAN M. WING and FRANCINE T. -WING be; and the same is hereby, dis- _ , solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ; from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and f from the obligations arising therefrom. ! ~ 2. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT. The Stipulation and Agreement ; ~ between the parties as to property settlement was admitted into i ~ evidence and is incorporated by reference herein and the parties e ~ are ordered to comply with the provisions of the Agreement. ~ ~ 3. CHILD CUSTODY. Pursuant to the Stipulation and ~ ~ Agreement, the parties shall have shared parental responsibility of the minor children, JULIE WING and ANDREW WING; however, the ~ E r court designates the Wife as being the primary residential parent - ~ ~ ~ of said children. ,~y ' ~ 0~\ } 4. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 2 day of , 1982, the Husband shall pay to the Wife $25.00 per ~ week, per child for the care and support of the minor children E ~ until each child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years, becomes ~ ~ ; self-supporting, marries or dies, whichever occurs first wnere- F i upon said payment shall be reduced proportionately.
