WITNESSETH: That said Grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars, and other good
and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by said
Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to said Grantee, their heirs,
leqal representatives and assigns forever, the following de-
scribed condominium parcel, situate, lyinq and beinq in St.
Lucie County, Florida, and beinq more particularly described

This conveyance is made subject to (1) all of the terms,
conditions, provisions, rights, privileges, obligations,
easements and lien rights set forth and contained in the
Declaration of Condominium hereinabove described; and (2)
all other covenants, conditions, restrictions, agreements
and easements of record, if anys insofar as same are valid
and enforceable; taxes for the current and subsequent years;
and any applicable zoning ordinances and/or regulations
affecting the lands conveyed hereby. ~
AND said Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to said
condominium parcel and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of~all persons whomsoever.

signed in its name by its proper officer and its corporate
seal to be affixed.
