FINAL JUDGMENT
- THIS CAUSE. having come before the Court on the Wife's '
Petition to Reduce Arrearages to Judgment and on the Husban d's Counter- °
claim and the Wife having appeared in proper person and with counsel
and the Husband having failed to appear and the Wife having testified i
that as of tdovember 29, 1982, the Husband owed the following money:
(a) $3,000.00 for child support;
(b) $1,657.60 on mortgage payments payable pursuant to the
Property Settlement Agreement entered in this cause ;
(c) $b5.59 for the cost of inedication for the children;

; (d) $88.60 life insurance premium, ~

; for a total of $4,811.79.
~ The Court further finds that the Wife is entitled to attorney's

~ fees in the amount of $500.00; it is thereupon :

E ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife, DAWNA McCARTY~ shall have ~

an d recover of and from the Husband, BRIAN K. McCARTY, III, the sum ~
~ • i
~ of $4,811.79 plus attorney's fees in the amount of $500.00 plus costs
~
~ of this action in the amount of $248.00 for a total of $5,559.79 for
~
~ which let execution issue forthwith.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Okeechobee, Okeechobee Coun ty, Florida, ~
