and STEPHr.N J. GIOVANYSCI and ALMA T. GIOVANISCI, his wife, r~~
hereinafter referred to as Grantes, whose address is 3630 Raren ~~,d'
Sue Lane, Flintridge, California, 91011, for the awn of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby bargains,
grants, sells and convcys to the Grantee, the real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, legally described as follows:
Condominium Unit PH-1, ATLANTIS III BY THE
SEA, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded
in Official Record Book 376, page 412, et
seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with all of the
appurtenances thereto, as set forth in said
Declaration of Condominium.
This conveyance is subject to all easements, covenants,
conditions, easements, rights of way, restrictions and agree-
ments of record and the provisions of the aforesaia Declaration
of Condominium of Atlantis III By The Sea, and the Exhibits ~
attached thereto, particularly including, but not limited to,
the condominium plot and site plan, Articles of Incorporation,
Bylaws, and taxes for the current year.
Subject to the foregoing, the Grantor covenants that the
property is vested in the Grantor and Grantor hereby fully
warrants the title to said property and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. The
benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
upon the heirs, personal representatives, administrators and
successors and assigns of the parties hereto.
