. MORTGAGE
THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed this ~3 ~ day of .

_ party of the first part (hereinafter called "Mortgagor"), to
WESTON-FLORIDA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida.corporation, 1~.
party of the second part (hereinafter called "Mortgagee").
WITNSSSETH:
That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also
in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note or notes, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confina unto
the Mortgagee, in fee simple, all of that certain tract of land
of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual
possession, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows, to wit;
Condominium Unit No. PH~1, ATLANTIS III BY THE
~ SEA, a condominium, according to the Declara-
tion of Condominium, recorded in Official
Record Book 376, Page 412, of the Public

- together with an undivided interest in the
common elements and all of the apurtenances

Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
~ , appertaining, and together with all agricultural, horticultural
- and fruit crops, now planted andjor growing, and hereafter
; planted, grown-or raised, on the above-described land, and also
all buildings, structures, additions and improvements, now or at
any time hereafter erected thereon, together witt3 and including
a11 of the boilers, machines, heating plant, lighting plant, and
! alI plumbing equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and
! lighting plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or
; plants for running and operation of passenger or other
~ elevators, including passenger and other elevators, now or
~ hereafter located in the building upon said land, and all other
j _ machinery, appliances and appatatus now or hereafter placed on
~ ~ said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures,
~ o machinery, appliances and-appurtenances originally installed on
~ said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in
r., addition thereto, which may hereafter be placed upon the
~ above-described land, and which said fixtures, machinery,
~ appliances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims
A-; in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a first

lien thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said property ~
~ ~ hereby conveyed, mortqaged, pledged or assigned by the
` Mort ga gor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee
