CUISSIFICATION OF THE 6ROr1TH i~ANA6ElEMT POIICY PUIN ~
M~REAS, the St. Lucie Planning and Zoning Commission, after
holding a public hearing of which due notice was published at least
thirty (30) days prior to said hearing and all owners of property
within three hundred (300) feet were notified tiy mail of said hearing,
has recomnended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
~ County, that the hereinafter described request for changes of the Future
~and Use Classification in the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy
Plan be granted, and
iMEREAS, the Board of County Comnissioners held a public hearing
. on December 14, I982, after publishing a notice of said hearing in the
Fort Pierce News Tribune on November ll, 1982.
Nai, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the Board of County Cam~is-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Block 6, Lots 22 and 23, JAY 6ARDENS, Fort Pierce,
Florida,
owned by 6LURIA CHARLES, be and the same is hereby changed from SU (semi-
urban) to RL (low density residential).
BE IT FURT1ffR RESOLYED that the Development Coordinator of St.
~ Lucie County is hereby authorized and directed to cause the changes to
i be made in the Growth Management Policy Plan. '
