lant, appeals to the Fourth District Court of Appeals the ordets
of this Court rendered December 15, 1982, recorded in O.R. Book
389, paqe 2347, and the order rendered December 29, 1982, recorded
in O.R. Book 390, page 2646. The natures of the orders are a
final order granting a Motion to Modify Final Judgment and award-
ing permanent periodic alimony and an order taxing costs and
attorneys fees in the case.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Notice of Appeal has
