PURPOSE; NAMS AND ADDRBSS; LEGAL DBSCRIPTION; EgFECT. l.l PURPOSE. _The purpose of this DECLARATION is to submit the lands and improvements herein described to condominium ownership and use in the manner prescribed by the Laws of the State of Florida. Except where variances permitted by law appear in this DECLAItATION, in the exhibits attached hereto, or in lawful amendments to any of them, the provisions of the CONDOMINIOM ACT, as constituted on the date of this DECLARATION, including the definitions therein contained, are adopted and included herein by express reference. 1.2 NAME AND ADDRESS. The name of this COI3DOMINIUM is as specified in the title of this document. The address shall be the name of the~CONDOMINIUM together with: 1328 Carlton Court, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. _ 1.3 THE LAND.~ The real property described on Exhibit A is the CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY hereby submitted to condominiwn ownership~ Such property is subject to such easements, restrictions, reservations and rights of way c~f record, together I with those contained or provided for in this instrument and the ~i EXHIBITS attached hereto. ! 1.4 EFFECT. All of the provisions of this DECLARATION OF ! CONDOMINIUM and all EXHIBITS attached hereto shall be binding upon ~ all UNIT OWNERS_and are enf orceable equitable servitudes running P with the land and existing in perpetuity until this DECLARATION is revoked and the CONDOMINIUN is terminated as provided herein. Each UNIT is identified on EXHIBIT A by a specific ; number. No UNIT bears the same number as any other UNIT. The ' parking area is delineated thereon. The percentage of ownership of undivided interests in the COMMON ELEMENTS appurtenant to each UNIT is designated thereon.
